The clear, clean water at Holborough Lakes makes it a favourite spot for open water swimming practice, popular with triathletes and channel swimmers.  With easy entry via a slip or we have a deep water floating jetty so you can practice your diving starts.  Male and female heated changing rooms, flushing toilets and parking by the waters edge.  New swimmers will need to take a swim assessment/induction under the supervision of a rescue boat the first time they visit the lake. Cost of swim induction £15.  This is a one off charge for your first visit and includes supervised swim with rescue boat, safety briefing and site induction, on completion you will be issued with a swim card (and a cup of tea or coffee).  Inductions are available most days except Mondays and Thursdays but must be pre-booked.

For swimmers who have completed the induction day entry cost is £5.00.
